The date with Erick wasn’t traditional to say the least, in fact, none of them were. We were in with each other six months before we physically met. The first time we hung out together in real life, and were with us. It was in the North Platte Wal-Mart parking lot. After AAA unlocked his car, we went to see his band practice at the Bat Cave. It had a rocky start, but good finish. Our third date was the best one. We had walked to a great park, complete with a fountain, swings, picnic tables, and sprinklers.

We talked, flirted, played on the swings, and got wet in the sprinklers. My favorite part was when we were at the fountain. I was standing on the fountain wall and he was standing in front of me. The height of the wall made me about a foot taller than Erick. We embraced and his head was resting on my breasts. When we made eye contact our eyes were filled with love and desire. It was a movie-esque kissing moment, but we held back. We talked for a couple more hours then walked back to my motel room.

We held each other at his car, neither of us wanting to leave. We wanted that moment to last forever. He said, “I want to kiss you so bad.” I gave him permission then our lips met. It was a knee-weakening, perfect first kiss. We both became physically aroused, but we did not have sex that night.

My perfect date with Raymond happened after we had been a couple for about a week and a half. We took a road trip to his hometown, on the way back we stopped in Dallas. We ate dinner at Planet Hollywood then explored downtown. There was a woman giving rides in a beautiful horse-drawn carriage. We couldn’t resist. It was extremely romantic and I started falling in love with him that day.

You know when you just know you’re going to fall in love with someone? That’s where I’m at right now. and I haven’t been able to have our first date yet, but I am certain when we do, it will be a great one. Tori said we’re like Agent Booth and Dr. Brennan on “Bones”. I know when we give in to the forces drawing us together a great love will result. We are extremely attracted to each other, have a lot in common, and are highly compatible.

In the past, I’ve only felt truly compatible with Erick. I never thought I would feel that way about another man, but I do. I know we are going to fall in love with each other. I am uncertain what will happen, but I know it is going to be worth it.
