It's a one sided loving relationship though. My brother loves her, but she doesn't love him. She has proven it time and again. She treats him like he's another one of her kids. She has no respect for him.
I'm not sure if you have a little brother or not, but if you did/do could you stand by silently and watch someone who used to be your best friend make a fool out of him and use him for as much as she can get from him? I can't and I won't.

Yes, he does need to learn his own lessons. However, the longer this one is perpetuated the more devastated he will be and it can ruin him where future relationships are concerned.
After Tori, Jess, and I pay for the DNA test and get the results, I’m butting out. At that point, the facts will be out and David will see that she’s been lying to him the whole time. I won’t interfere with his choices after the wool is removed from his eyes.
I’m not usually one to put my nose into other people’s business. I pay attention to my own, but I feel compelled to do it in this case.

I think its seriously wrong that u would put a babys pic on a poll with your brother and 2 other men. I am a VERY good friend of ur brothers and Shawna is my bestfriend. I have known her for the past 10 years and I cant believe that someone that use to be her bestfriend would talk about her on a blog like you do. Why dont you try having people that are unbiased vote, And not just your FRIENDS for one and for two why dont you use a recent pic of the baby instead of one from when he was still in the hospital swollen and shit at 8 hours old? Ever thought of that one? Or you scared of the outcome of a poll then? That maybe people will see just how ridiculous and pathetic you are? Get a RECENT pic of the baby now that he isnt swollen anymore and has started actually developing features, Then open another poll and see what others think. Let me set the record straight. Jen did have 3 miscarriages. The first and the third ones were Brian’s babies. She found out about her first pregnancy about a month after Brian moved to Vegas. She was dating Erick by then AND she was upfront with Erick about the baby being Brian’s. She didn’t try to pin it on Erick and she sure as hell didn’t use the pregnancy to get Brian back. – First of all that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Jen can keep a man, but so far none of them have been able to keep her. As for children, Jen decided quite awhile ago she doesn’t want to have children of her own.She never said Russ is the father, she said the baby looks more like Russ than David. I think Lee is the father. That’s why I STRONGLY believe David should do the DNA test. Hell, Jen, his other sister, and I are willing to split the cost… The only reason we still want the DNA test (because we are CERTAIN the baby isn’t David’s) is so David will finally know the truth and we can put all this shit behind us. I believe Tori said it all and for the record, the closest David came to saying he didn't want me in his life was when he said, "If the test proves I'm the father, then I don't want yall in the baby's life." He didn't say anything about me not being his sister anymore or anything remotely close to it.

My brother and I discussed a lot of stuff that night. Actually, he wants the test done because Lee contacted Shawna and is claiming the baby is his. She tried to blame me for Lee calling them, and said I gave Lee their number and stuff, which isn’t true at all. David and I got that sorted out and he knows I had nothing to do with it. Even if I wanted to, I don’t even know how to get in touch with Lee. David told me he wants the test so he can prove to Lee that David is the biological father. I’m not going to argue about it anymore. I’m off Monday and I found a local lab so I’m trying to get in touch with David to see if he can do the test Monday. We’ll see who’s correct when the results come in, then this shit will be squashed once and for all.

I've been busy as hell the past several days, so I haven't had a chance to talk to David. My mom's been trying to call him for me since I've been working so much, but apparently they aren't staying with Shawna's mom anymore, so we don't have a good phone number for him. I guess we'll have to put the test off until September 28th, which is my next post-payday day off. Hopefully, David will contact me, Jess, or our mom between now and then.

I think you really have a bad habit of twisting peoples words. Because Dave told you that he wanted the DNA test to PROVE TO YOU once and for all that Aiden WAS his son. And for you to leave them alone and he wanted nothing else to do with you after that. But you make it sound like he wants the test to prove to LEE that its NOT Lee's son. And thats not the case once again I was present for that convo. So you need to let ppl know that he KNOWS that its his son, And just wants to put your doubts to rest and then he wants you to leave them alone for good. And he HAS told you that he wants NOTHING to do with you afterwards. You need to realize this. You have hurt him to no end. He is happily married and has his first child and you had NOTHING to do with it but to cause drama. And that hurts him BAD. Shawna has not STOLE him from you or ruined your relationship with your brother. You did it on your own. YOU PUSHED HIM AWAY. By talking shit and trying to ruin his experience with his marriage and first child. This should have been a happy joyful time for him, And you ruined it! And once again to be truthfull Jennifer, You havent even tried to get in touch with David for this DNA test as you claim. You know their phone number and you have NEVER ONCE tried to call them. So of coarse you wont post this, Because then ppl will know that you DO tend to lie about things. If you REALLY want this test done, Then call them. YOU KNOW their number and if you DONT your mother does and she lives with you so it shouldnt be that hard to get in touch with them. I haven’t twisted shit or lied and I have a witness. Tori heard every word of the conversation between David and me. I had the phone so she could hear everything he said. The last time I talked to David he NEVER once said he wanted me out of his life. He said he had left a shitty voicemail for me earlier that night because he thought I had Lee call them. After he realized I had nothing to do with it, his whole attitude changed and we had a good conversation.
The call began with him confronting me about Lee calling Shawna. He was told I told Lee that he needed to step up and take responsibility for his baby and that I gave him their phone number. I didn’t do that and made it very clear to David I wasn’t responsible for what Lee was doing or saying. David said he believed me. Then he said, “I wanna get the test done to prove to that cocksucker he’s not the father.” He never once in that conversation said he wanted to prove to me that Aiden is his son.
Then David said he didn’t like the baby being put in the middle of all this bullshit and I agreed with him. Then I told him none of us (referring to his family) is trying to hurt him or the baby, but we want him to know without a doubt whether he is Aiden’s biological father or not. I reassured him once again that no one in the family would treat the baby badly if the results prove David isn’t his biological father.
I told him that our family shouldn’t be punished for doubting the paternity but if he wants to blame any of us to blame me. I said, “I’ll be the martyr, you can keep me out of the baby’s life or your life for that matter, but don’t punish the rest of the family for having doubts. I’ll take full blame.”
He told me he didn’t blame any of us and he understand why we are having doubts. Then I told him again that my doubts about the paternity have nothing to do with my feelings toward Shawna. I reminded him that Shawna had been my best friend for 11+ years and I wouldn’t cut her out of my life without a damned good reason. I reminded him about how loyal I remain to people I care about, sometimes even when I shouldn’t.
Then we started talking about our mother and I told him some of the things she’s being doing lately, like stealing my car and money, and pawning several hundred dollars worth of my belongings, among other things. At that point, he said that he and Shawna was going to let our mom stay with them when they got a place but not if she was doing shit like that. Then I heard Shawna running her mouth in the background. She was telling David not to believe anything I say about our mom. I said, “tell that fucking bitch to shut the fuck up. She has no fucking idea what the hell she’s talking about. She’s not around to see the shit Mom’s doing.”
He laughed, then said, “I don’t care what you say about her. That beef’s between you and Shawna. I’m not getting in that shit. I just don’t want bad stuff being said about the baby. He doesn’t deserve all this shit.”
I told him I’ve never said a bad word about the baby and I haven’t. Then we talked about other random stuff, then the call dropped because reception sucks in my house.
After I got off the phone with him, I got online and found a local lab with affordable DNA tests. The next morning, right before I went to work, I told my mom to call David and tell him about the lab and see if he could do the test on the 14th. When I got home, mom said she talked to Shawna and she said David was at work but would have him call when he got home. He didn’t call that night. Mom told me she tried calling him every day after that and never got an answer. I tried to call him twice and didn’t get an answer either. So that busts your theory. I’d post my damn phone records to prove it.
My sister called me late Sunday night(the 13th) and told me that David had been out there to see their Grandma Pearl. She said she didn’t get to talk to David much, but he told her they got kicked out of Shawna’s mom’s the day before and was going to be staying in an RV park for a couple weeks. So how exactly am I supposed to call them?!?
For your information, I didn’t make one person in my family think the baby wasn’t David’s, they all thought it on their own, from the first time they found out about the pregnancy. In fact, I was the only one in the family giving Shawna the benefit of the doubt. That stopped in mid-December after I found out they eloped, because my instincts couldn’t be ignored any longer, especially after some very valid points 4 members of my family made about Shawna and the paternity.
You kept saying Aiden is his first baby like he and Shawna will get to have other kids… If Aiden isn’t his baby biologically he will not get to have his own children because she had her tubes tied after Aiden was born, and that is what is really driving this issue. We want David to have the chance to have his own children because we know he wants to have at least 1 child that is his biologically.
I’m sick of this shit and I want it over with ASAP, since we don’t have a working phone number for David we need him to call one of us so we can set up the time for the damned test.
