My Brother is Finally Free and Making a New Life for Himself!

The State of Oklahoma finally released my brother November 6th and to top it off, the charges against my uncle were permanently dismissed. The was thrilled; for the first time in seven years, no one we care about is caged up inside a or jail.

His homecoming was great. We had a small get-together and dinner at Lisa’s the first night he was home. He spent the night there because she had a woman there she wanted to hook him up with. However, wasn’t interested in her.

The next night he stayed at my house. I had to that day so we didn’t get to do much. The day after, Saturday, I invited some people over to party with us, including . has been a close friend for almost twelve years, so David knew her pretty well before he was locked up.

The party was extremely eventful. The most disturbing part of it was showing up and my nephew letting him in the house. came straight to my room where I happened to be hanging out with .

The Bitch is Back!

I’ve been avoiding my blog again, on me. It’s not because I’ve been unmotivated to write, I’ve been afraid to do it. Being publicly honest about everything in my life has caused unnecessary conflict. Consequently, I have been left feeling exposed. Revealing who I am – warts and all, is scary as fuck, but it is also unburdening and enlightening.

These days it’s simple for people you know to find out what you’re up to on the internet (hell, we advertise it sometimes.) Now I understand why people use pseudonyms. It’s much safer emotionally, as well as physically.

In the beginning, I chose to use real names because I wanted to be 100% honest. Using pseudonyms seemed to make everything into a lie. I don’t that decision, but I do wish I hadn’t told people I know about the blog. However, I can’t change it and I’m tired of avoiding my blog over of what certain people may say or do. So, fuck it, I’m coming back to my blog and if you don’t like what I have to say then stop reading it.
