How do you experience ?

I bottle it up and don’t express it until I explode on myself or someone else

How does this affect your life?

I get depressed; low self-esteem, problems with relationships (lack of communication); I self-injure.

Trigger/event:

When I get hurt emotionally. When I succeed in pushing people away when they start getting too close.

Closed off; chickenshit; defective; I don’t deserve relationships because I’m worthless; I’m not their equal.

Take it out on myself – anger, run, avoid, isolate, self-injure, want to punish them for letting me push them away

Set and learn to communicate my . Try my best to recognize when I start pushing people away and stop.

Job; interpersonal relationships – and men; finances; bipolar disorder

Self-injury: cutting & ; not sleeping; severe anxiety; panic attacks; ulcers; ; thoughts and behavior.

What will you do to manage your ?

blogging; listen to ; get in touch with nature; used the relaxation techniques we have been learning; massage therapy; and communicating my feelings.
